v1.1 <script setup> version

This version uses <script setup> instead of <script> in v1 (minus the exception of App.vue which has very simple script setup code.

Most components except App.vue are using <script> instead of <script setup> which uses "sugar syntax." App.vue has the <script> version commented out for reference.

A v1.1 release will use <script setup> for all components.
