v0.6.4

This is a maintenance release with an updated openssl library targeted mostly
towards modern Linux distributions. There are no functionality differences to
v0.6.3, so the two can be used interchangeably in case your distribution is too old
to contain a recent openssl. We are interested in hearing about problems (if any).
