This PR focusses on fixing the intermittent ui test failures of 'create_methodology_amendment' test suite :

  1. Added retry mechanism while clicking the paragraph button after uploading infographic image in the accordion text block -2
  2. Updated statistics_page.robot testsuite - Searching test case from Relevance to Newest
