After the technical architecture blueprint has been updated, the following text is obsolete and needs to be updated:

In our reference architecture diagram we assume that the business component X is allowed to depend on component A. Therefore a use-case within the logic component part of X is allowed to call a use-case from A via a dependency on the component API.

This IMHO implies that the architecture blueprint is updated again to show a dependency from A1 to A2 and the above text can be updated accordingly.
