This PR adds support for all current Hoedown options.
Note that there is a discrepancy between the options mentioned in https://github.com/hoedown/hoedown/blob/980b9c549b4348d50b683ecee6abee470b98acda/bin/hoedown.c#L33 and those actually supported by the default Hoedown HTML renderer and document parser. This PR only includes the options actually supported by the hoedown code.
