Fix style for areas, nodes, overlay position #272

This PR aims to:

Reduce area, landuse, leisure + nature style opacity
Increase zoom level for area color rendering
Move the "loading overlay" and MapboxGL compass in line with other overlay icons
Fix Use different styles for member nodes vs snapped nodes #271
