POP-402 is not being reported for JSON/YAML output format

Describe the bug
The issue [POP-402] No metrics-server detected is not being reported for JSON/YAML output format. I think it is only reported in standard format.

To Reproduce
To reproduce this behavior, run popeye in a cluster without metrics-server with JSON and standard output format.

popeye -o json | jq . | grep 402

popeye

Expected behavior
I expected to see the issue [POP-402] No metrics-server detected in Cluster sanitizer of the JSON report.

Versions (please complete the following information):

• OS: linux x86 64
• Popeye 0.11.1
• K8s v1.25.3
