javascript error: axe.configure is not a function

Describe the bug

on specific customer page URL we are trying to do accessibility Testing but on that specific website during accessibility testing we are getting below issue
OpenQA.Selenium.JavaScriptException: javascript error: axe.configure is not a function
(Session info: chrome=128.0.6613.85)

on that webite we are trying call axe but it's not returning a function
