Canon cameras will go into standby while the camera is in preview state for a while. Canon cameras have a parameter "capture" which must be set to "true" occasionally. This fix will periodically trigger the parameter to keep the camera alive.
Additionally, a license file was added. This file is required for building the library in a Yocto recipe.
