This repository contains the supplementary materials to support the peer-reviewed original research article published under the following title, “Dynamic antibody response in SARS-CoV-2 infected patients and COVID-19 vaccine recipients alongside vaccine effectiveness in comorbid and multimorbid groups.” The supplementary materials are anonymized and do not contain any direct or indirect identifiers in order to ensure patient confidentiality.

Patient and Public Involvement Statement
- All the participants were enlisted for the study after obtaining informed written consent. Patients were enrolled at the time of sample collection after examining their medical histories.
Research Ethics Approval
- The protocols were approved by the institutional ethics committee at Central Police Hospital, Dhaka, and complied with the International Conference on Harmonisation Guideline for Good Clinical Practice and the Declaration of Helsinki. All patients provided written informed consent according to local guidelines.
