Brings the external-snapshotter components up to date.
Introduces a minimum kubernetes version constraint of 1.25 for the snapshot-controller chart because the CRDs now use CEL validation. This replaces the validation webhook which has been removed.
Adds the CRDs for experimental volume group snapshots and instructions for enabling the feature gate.Didn't pay enough attention, this feature requires CSI driver changes so I'm reverting these changes.
I haven't tested this yet, I will be doing that before I take this off draft. Let me know if this is an acceptable change or if the version restriction of 1.25 is unacceptable to this project.
