Adds an introduction in the form of a markdown document. - Reuses the style of the LN introduction document. - Also makes the introduction available from the main privacy tab through an "i" icon.

A wall of text is not a great solution to make mixing more accessible, but its definitely a step in the right direction (better than having nothing at all).
