Add a
syncstatusjson-rpc method that returns the wallet's synchronization state in 3 parameters:synced: Whether or not the wallet is fully caught up to the network.initialblockdownload: Best guess of whether this wallet is in the initial block download mode used to catch up the blockchain when it is far behind.headersfetchprogress: Estimated progress of the headers fetching stage of the current sync process.
