Currently, the traits are defined in a markdown table. To provide more utility with the definition, they shall be converted into a JSON that can be used by DID method authors to generate machine-readable definitions of traits for their methods.

Traits are now tracked in a schema file: https://github.com/decentralized-identity/did-traits/blob/main/schemas/traits.json
