feat: Use react 17 and remove react virtualized #23

This PR does the following:

Changes the tile map to use react 17
Adds the missing prettier dependency.
Changes react-virtualized which is practically unmaintained for the react-virtualized-auto-sizer
Adds babel to bundle the new module.
