With #382 it was mentioned that Plantuml-Output was not correct rendered/not all visible.

Even when I was not able to reproduce the problem, the benefit of having a possiblity to change the zoom level or the output area at all would be a great beneft.

This can be either done by

  • manipullating the browser zoom level (or document.zoom)
  • manipulating the generated HTML render output width of the rendered element

Initial changes for zoom level handling #387

- tested zoom level by javascript : works for
  asciidoc editor and for ditaa, but SVG + PlantUML... not
  really good
- tested generation output tampering (widht)
  still not good with plantuml
