This also replaces the deprecated path-to-lcov with file, and adds a now semi-required format parameter [0].

The armv7 builder keeps running out of memory when running dnf - unrelated.

The armv7 builder keeps running out of memory when running dnf

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think this arch is actively supported anymore. The Packit folks pointed me to https://docs.testing-farm.io/general/0.1/test-environment.html#_supported_architectures a couple months ago and my understanding is that armv7 is effectively gone and can probably be removed from .packit.yaml. Even though i386 isn't listed there either I'd keep i386 for now to make sure that 32-bit stuff is more or less covered.

It doesn't even show up in the F37 runs, only F36, so I guess once F36 EOLs it'll be gone completely.
