Let bibsp.sty include everything needed. Change to use only one huge .bib-file (bibsp.bib).
- s/<<[a-z]*\.mk>>/<<make variables>>/g - s/<<[a-z]*\.bib>>/<<bibtex entries>>/g - Removes remaining <<make topic definitions>> and <<topic bibliographies>>

This refactors and documents the
bibspmodule. This fixes #11.This work is far from done at the moment.
