[Missing Activity] Road trip / Driving

Driving lesson is present but taking a long road trip isn't there (yet!).

We are going to add travel-related activities in the near future and driving will definitely be one.

I considered adding a "road trip" activity but decided against it. In the near future we'll be able to create "trips" in Daybridge and I think that's probably the best representation/abstraction for a road trip instead of an activity. Hope that makes sense!
