- Linting wasn't working properly due to the npm script not being properly configured.
- I have updated typescript and removed the ScrollToOptions declaration since it's no longer necessary. ScrollBehavior now includes "instant" by default.
- I have fixed a couple of linting errors. One was older and the other one appeared after updating typescript.
