调整 UI 打包和本工程依赖

调整 UI 打包，使无需 copy dist 到 api resource，而 api 在 package assembly 时一起打包 UI dist；
使工程内部的依赖依赖项目的版本，而不是指定的版本；
增加 versions-maven-plugin，使升级版本更加规范；

直接maven clean，然后maven install就行了吗？然后把mananager和worker包替换上去？
