I successfully installed and run Seq on Windows Server with Kester webserver. After my server login password expired and I reset it, I was no longer able to navigate to the URL on my subdomain. When navigating to this URL I see a message: "This site can’t be reached logs..com unexpectedly closed the connection". Other than my server login password, nothing else changed before this stopped working. The logs do not show any errors. Services shows the service running. Command When I point the Seq installation to localhost, it works fine and I'm able to view logs in the browser as expected. I tried uninstalling the service and deleting the SeqDefaultInstance user, then reinstalling Seq. My SSL certificate is valid and installed on the sever. Interestingly, when I stop the service Cmd output and debug-level logs from the Seq installation are below seq run Running as server; press Ctrl+C to exit. [06:33:16 INF] Seq 2024.3.12021 running on OS Microsoft Windows Server 2022 Datacenter {"@t":"2024-08-03T18:54:48.6598004Z","@mt":"Seq {SeqVersion} running on OS {OSCaption}","SeqVersion":"2024.3.12021","OSCaption":"Microsoft Windows Server 2022 Datacenter","SourceContext":"Seq.Server.Features.Diagnostics.EnvironmentInformationWriter"} |

Hi @TBara 👋 Would it be possible to grab some recent logs from your C:\ProgramData\Seq\Logs directory covering the time where things stopped working and send them through to our support address: It sounds like maybe the Windows Service is failing to start, but the logs should give us some more clues. |

The Seq service account user lost permissions to
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys
folder. After giving it permissions, I was able to access the site as expected.
