This PR adds a powershell script for the DOT quick start, so windows users can get up-and-running quickly

Fixes #6

Proposed Changes

  • One ps1 script

It uses a check to ensure dot is up before hand instead of using a 30 wait timer
added powershell file to run dot demo

Great stuff @Masterjx9, thanks so much! I updated the PR description a little and linked it to issue #6.

Would it please be possible to update the main README so windows users know what to do, then assign myself or Lorenzo as a reviewer so we can merge.
