When upgrading conda to 4.7.5, an unknown error occurs.

The workaround is #507 for now, but miniconda.sh we download during the setup might be upgraded to 4.7.5 in the near future.

We should skip conda 4.7.5 (#517 (comment)).
I'd keep this to track what happens in conda 4.7.6 or upper.

Seems like conda is trying to deploy 4.7.10 as a default.
It's time to revisit the conda 4.7 build.
Resolves #508.
