docs: names no longer use dashUnique and dashAlias IdentityIds #72

Platform v1 changed the name/identity relationship and removed the unique/alias record types. Now it only uses a single identity record type since dashpay/platform#1984

Preview build: https://dash-docs-platform--72.org.readthedocs.build/en/72/

dashUniqueIdentityId and dashAliasIdentityId records were deprecated. Now records.identity is used.
