Adds the following files/folders:
.github: contains the lua linter and code of conduct. (general actions runner workflow permissions needs to be set to read and write for the linter to work properly I believe).vscode: contains recommended extensions and lua runtime information.editorconfig: to sync file format an make for consistent coding styles throughout the resource
