Modular Future - Reorganisation and bugfixes
Headline feature is the reorganisation of the code into more modules, separating the concerns of the JSON parsing, the cache characteristics, and the ultimate destination for the data. This will allow, in future, for additional destinations such as MySQL database or Google Fusion tables. Configuration method was also improved to allow local modifications to override the standard configuration.
Added support for Population and Position fields which can provide additional context for system descriptions. Also fixed a long-standing issue with the recognition of Anarchy/Lawless Security systems.
Added configuration that allows factions to be ignored in the feed if required. This is important following the 2.4 release of Elite where the Pilots Federation Local Branch faction was added to every system with zero influence and is thus redundant.
Fixes for EDDN changes and more
EDDN had some changes that we thought we were prepped for, but didn't get quite right... This fixes it...
We changed so that you can copy gurgle.ini to gurgle.local.ini in order to avoid git merge problems.
EDMC and EDDN will soon be sending Location events, so updated to look for those in EDDN feed, and therefore get more updates (when somebody logs in already in a system).
Improvements for initial installation
Various small changes to make it a bit easier to get this up and running the first time.
Update for relay changes
Updated to handle new (and old) schema ref and connect to the new relay.

Pending and Recovering State Support
The release of Elite Dangerous 2.3.10 has brought an updated Journal which now provides Pending and Recovering State information for Factions. This release provides support for passing these through to the sheet for additional analytics, although remains backwards compatible with v1.0 users.
Initial release
It's running 24/7 for a couple bubbles of space now, so might as well call it a release.
