Add "openParallel" parameter #3

After merging #1, this PR adds a parameter "openParallel" to control whether to open Indy connections in parallel, or sequentially (as before).

This also adds synchronized collections and some logging.

Seems to work fine for me on Docker. I would maybe add a short comment to explain the need for the non-parallel option.

Good point. I added an explanation for this parameter. Will merge and create a new release version of this library.
