Information system for familiarization of Permstat employees with documents

The software tools used: SQLite for database management, C# programming language, Entity Framework for data management, ASP.NET Core MVC for web application development, as well as JavaScript and Bootstrap for scripting and layout, and datatables.js to draw tables.

The functional purpose of the program

The program being developed for Permstat is designed to automate the processes of familiarization of the organization's employees with regulatory documents. It allows you to:

1. Provide documentation management, including creation, storage, search and distribution of documents in electronic form.
2. Provide quick access to relevant legal acts.
3. Simplify the process of familiarizing employees with documents, reducing transaction costs and speeding up the exchange of information within the organization.
4. Minimize the use of paper, contributing to environmental sustainability.

Operational purpose of the program

The program is used in the daily activities of Permstat for:

1. Improving the efficiency of employees by speeding up the search and processing of information.
2. Improving the quality and efficiency of reporting.
3. Optimization of internal processes and reduction of time for administrative tasks.
