To run this project in the actual state, you only have to run the frontend, the backend is in the link https://dashup-wdt1.onrender.com/ just click in the link and wait, will appear a 404 error, but this is normal.

Now, run the Vue frontend (actually --> http://localhost:5173/). To run, first install de npm modules:
cd frontend npm install npm run dev -
Now the application must works
