Do you maybe have the automatic account recovery policy active? If so this has been fixed by #5461 and is available in the If not and the user did not login but got an error message, we'd need more information about the problem, e.g. the generated support string and infos about your setup, as well as logs from the time the user tries to join and the console output of the user's browser... |
