v1.1.1: also build bl2 image for debugging issue

WARNING

All releases after 1.0.2 have been reported to have broken BCH error correction of the SPI-NAND flash. Using this release will likely result in a bricked device after some time.

Recent changes in OpenWrt and ARM TrustedFirmware-A now allow moving TF-A FIP as well as Factory EEPROM data into UBI volumes as well. This new updated installer does that and prepares the device for use with OpenWrt after openwrt/openwrt@6aec3c7.

Do not use this installer if you just want to run a stable release. Use the v1.0.2 release instead for now.
