First version of tODE that supports the new GsDevKit_home directory structure
project listfilters out the old GLASS Configurations that have been subsumed by BaselineOfGLASS1.project list --allbypasses the filter.batch editmenu item added to method lists .... able to make conditional edits to each of the methods in the list
