Dagu sometimes shows outdated/incorrect data

Hi,

I am running dagu 1.16.0 via systemd, in the below video I am accessing it via a port forward.

Playing aroudn with dagu I noticed that sometimes the dashboard would show old data. This is noticeable when opening dags or when switching between the history and spec tab of a dag:
