GB keyboard with Czech accents.
2345667890 were changed to ěščřžýáíé, = with modificator is ´, with two modificators it is ?, ; with modificator is ů
Also modificator + any of [n, t, u, o] will write equivalent [ň, ť, ú, ó]

Compilation
-----------
1. Download 'Keyboard Layout Creator 1.4' from Microsoft
2. Open the .klc file
3. Build dlls using <Project> - <Build DLL and Setup Package>
4. run setup.exe
