chore(deps): update serve to 14.2.4

Issue

The following example directories are using serve@14.2.3:

• examples/config
• examples/start
• examples/start-and-pnpm-workspaces/packages/workspace-1
• examples/start-and-pnpm-workspaces/packages/workspace-2
• examples/start-and-yarn-workspaces/packages/workspace-1
• examples/start-and-yarn-workspaces/packages/workspace-2

When started, serve raises the following warning:

UPDATE The latest version of serve is 14.2.4

Change

• Update to serve@14.2.4 in the above example directories.
• Remove the workarounds from PR chore(deps): update path-to-regexp to 3.3.0 #1257 such as:

  "overrides": {
    "serve": {
      "path-to-regexp": "3.3.0"
    }
  }

  This is resolved through serve-handler@6.1.6 (which is an updated dependency in serve@14.2.4).
