RomanNumerals were creating false forwards.
RomanNumerals did not have "writeAsChord" on by default as had been documented, but they were being written as chords all the time no matter what.
Write out MusicXML 4.0 compatible harmony/numeral figures.
Also fix problem for RN transposition from RomanText that measure copied RNs share a Key.
