Change setup.sh to more meaningfull data for your environment.

Simbolic symbols in source directory should be replaced with more meaningfull 
ones.
Buildroot should be pointing to branch 'toolchain_team_board_testing' from
foss buildroot repo.

Execute,
> source setup.sh
to set environment variables in your open shell.

Build toolchain:
> sh build_with_toolchain_as_anton.sh

Build buildroot:
> sh build_buildroot.sh
