Patched 64-bit OpenArena macOS app bundle (v2)

A hand-crafted bundle based on OpenArena.app v0.8.8 from the official website.

It includes two hacky source-code fixes required to launch the game on a modern macOS version.

This is an x86-64 build, but it works on Apple Silicon Macs in the compatibility mode. Just launch the app bundle.

This bundle is not signed. To launch it on newer macOS systems, you have open the context menu and press "Open" while holding the control (^) key. Only then will the presented dialog have an option to trust and open the app. For details, see this Apple help page.

Patched 64-bit OpenArena macOS app bundle (v1)

This is a hand-crafted OpenArena app bundle with a fix for issue 61, i.e. it's a 64-bit build with a patch for a crash that occurs when the game is built using a modern Xcode toolchain. It's known to be working at least on macOS Big Sur.

This bundle is unsigned. To launch an unsigned .app bundle on newer macOS systems, you have to ctrl-click it and press "Open". Only then, the presented dialog will have an option to trust the app, although it's not signed. For details, see this Apple help page.
