Objective: send to future members, before they have first approved ethereum address.
Solution: when asked to send to non-member, the escrow-agent creates a temporary ethereum address and stores the private key encrypted with their password. When this recipient joins at a future date then the escrow-agent transfers all funds to the new member's address and deactivates the escrow accounts.
