With the integration of opengeospatial/ogcapi-processes#220
All OGC specific rel links should be changed to: http://www.opengis.net/def/rel/ogc/1.0/{rel}

The non-OGC rel are the ones defined here:
https://www.iana.org/assignments/link-relations/link-relations.xhtml
These should remain with their plain value (ex: self).
