Update Vue Vocabulary to latest version

Description

This PR updates the Vocabulary version to the most recent one. It also imports it and registers the Vue Vocabulary components in main.js so that they can be used throughout the app without importing individual components. The import path is set to the file itself for now, before the PR solving the path issue is merged into Vue Vocabulary.

Buefy version is also updated to fix an error caused by a breaking change.
