1. Python poetry script that triggers gitlab pipelines, similar to the one in hapi-fhir
2. compile against cdr-cr task that passes along the clinical-reasoning branch to the gitlab pipeline
3. The compile against cdr-cr task will fail until new functionality is added to gitlab
