Bug fixes to llmetjj maps (they were empty):
- add more debug output for the llmetjj maps
- fix the initialization of the ijj member for llmetjj objects
- fix the length of llmetjj maps
- slight speed up of llmetjj map filling
Goes along with v1.0.0+7415 for the Framework
