Summary
Add server implementation of group module
Proposal
This should be based on https://github.com/regen-network/regen-ledger/tree/abe42b2af5c539535329a352cbecd38cf7158873/x/group/server, including msg and query services (minus invariants and genesis which are covered by other issues: #9898 and #9899 respectively).
We should also remove
Requestsuffix from Msg types in existing protobuf definitions and add events definitions.Group proposal execution should also rely on
MsgServiceRouterinstead of the ADR-033 router that isn't implemented in cosmos-sdk yet.We should also use the
keeperparadigm (in regen-ledger code, there's only one privateserverImplthat uses ADR-033 router under the hood) that will be needed for wiring up the group module (#9905) as well as adding keeper-based tests.For Admin Use
