The GitHub Actions build a c8oforms_standalone.tar.gz with a docker-compose.yml + the build C8oForms.car.

This ticket is about to use the same docker-compose.yml recommended by C8O + also ship all needed projects to run a NoCodeStudio without a full Internet access (only for docker images).
