Added the option to ignore /preferences (and /setprefs) pages to be able to customize search results (e.g. setting the language) when ignoring /search pages #103

@dawnarius requested the option to ignore /preferences to be able to customize search results when ignoring /search pages.

I've also included /setprefs to the option as it allows to change the language directly from the little pop-up asking if you would like to see results in a certain language (I assume based on search terms language or browsing history).

As far as code goes, this is ready to be merged.
Now someone with write access needs to come along and approve.
