Changelog: Feature: conan cache clean learned the --all and --temp to clean everything (sources, builds) and also the temporary folders.
Docs: conan-io/docs#3145

Close #13576

  • Minor refactor to improve ProfilesAPI interface, avoiding possible caching bugs
