Updated to version 3.3.5, fixed patch 0002-fix-openmp-clang.patch

Closes #16409

There was some issues in the backend, it might have been a racing conditioning, checking now I see it so I am not sure what when wrong...

Gonna run it again and follow up -- hopefully in less then 2 weeks
