✍️ Description

Long time coming, but I wanted to wait until other PRs had been merged.

Given the number of coding/dev related scripts, and AI scripts, it makes sense to create a new category "Coding & AI" is created and "File & Code" is renamed "File & Downloads". This makes logical sense, but will also help discoverability of scripts.

There is a screenshot below showing what scripts are moving into "Coding & AI". Anything coding or software development, along with AI/ML/LLM model related scripts, should be put in the category.
